Tara Williams

Tara Williams is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in financial management and leadership. Currently serving as the Commercial Manager and Head of FP&A at Region Group since August 2022, Tara has successfully led a team focusing on financial planning and analysis while managing annual budgets for Group and external funds. Prior to this, Tara held significant roles, including Interim Head of Finance at Southern Cross Care, where leadership extended to a 30-member finance team, and Financial Controller at RSL LIfecare Limited, managing a team of 30 across various finance functions. Additional positions include Financial Controller at Dexus and Challenger Limited, where responsibilities encompassed financial control for substantial portfolios, budgeting, and forecasting. Tara's educational background includes becoming a Chartered Accountant through the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and earning a Bachelor of Business with a focus on Accounting from Australian Catholic University.
