Sophie de Moustier has extensive experience in heritage management and valuation, currently serving as Cheffe de service Patrimoines et Inventaire at Région Île-de-France since 2012. In previous roles, including Adjointe au chef de service and responsable de la valorisation du patrimoine culturel, significant contributions included the co-pilotage and implementation of heritage policies, strategic planning, project management, and audience engagement initiatives. Previously, at REGION ILE DE FRANCE (2007-2012) and the Ministère de la Culture et de la Communication (2003-2007), Sophie focused on administrative, financial management, and publication strategies that increased sales significantly. Educational qualifications include a DESS in heritage management from University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne, a module from HEC Paris on social entrepreneurship, and a master’s degree from Ecole EAC in art history, complemented by foundational studies in international relations at ILERI and a scientific baccalaureate from Lycée français de Vienne.
