Poul Haugaard has extensive experience in environmental consultancy, currently serving as a Specialkonsulent at Region Nordjylland since 2007. Prior to this role, Poul Haugaard worked as an Ingeniør at Nordjyllands Amt from 1992 to 2007. Poul Haugaard holds a Master of Science degree in Environment from VIA University College, School of Technology and Business, completed between 1984 and 1989, and attended Kildegade Skole, Horsens from 1972 to 1982.
