Reginald E. Owens LCPC, LMHC, CADC is a seasoned mental health professional with extensive experience in behavioral health and substance abuse services. Currently serving as a Behavioral Health Specialist and Consultant at Regional Health Systems since April 2018, Reginald has also been affiliated with Ada S McKinley since June 2010, where roles include Behavioral Health Therapist, MISA Counselor, and Qualified Mental Health Professional. Experience encompasses providing intervention services for co-occurring adolescents and adults, as well as working in child welfare services. Previous work includes MISA Counselor at Community Mental Health Council and Case Manager at Community Mental Health Counselor. Reginald holds a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from Calumet College of St. Joseph, a Master in Health Science focused on Substance Abuse from Governors State University, and a Bachelor of Science from Chicago State University.
