Joseph Kurian A. Manavalan

Joseph Kurian A. Manavalan has a strong background in technology and operations management. Joseph Kurian A. is currently serving as the SVP and Chief Technology Officer at Regional Finance since 2017. Previously, they worked at OneMain as the Managing Director, Operational Risk & Cyber Risk from 2016 to 2017, and as the Director, Technology Operations and Delivery from 2013 to 2016, where they led a multi-site team and transformed technology delivery processes. From 2008 to 2013, Joseph worked at CitiFinancial as the Director, Business Operations, leading the deployment of a loan origination system and serving on the Management Advisory Committee. Joseph Kurian A. also had roles in the Global Consumer Group's General Management Leadership Development Program. Prior to that, they worked at Cadence Design Systems as an Engineering Manager and Principal Software Engineer, and at MentorGraphics as a Senior Software Engineer and Software Engineer.

Joseph Kurian A. Manavalan completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in General Management from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business between 2004 and 2006. Prior to this, they obtained a Master of Science (MS) in Computer Engineering from the University of Cincinnati from 1996 to 1998.
