Tamika Baker

Tamika Baker has extensive experience in the finance industry, holding various senior leadership positions. Tamika is currently working as the Chief Member at Chief since 2022. Prior to that, they were the Chief Risk & Responsibility Officer at Regional Management Corp. from 2021 onwards. From 2016 to 2021, they worked at Firstmark Credit Union, first as the Chief Risk Officer and later as the Chief Strategy Officer. Tamika'searliest role in their career was at JPMorgan Chase, where they held the position of VP, Control Officer & Lead for Key Regulatory Programs from 2009 to 2016.

Tamika Baker attended the University of Houston from 1995 to 1997, where they studied Architecture. Later, from 1998 to 2001, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration at Wayland Baptist University.
