Michelle started their career at Microage, where they served as an Executive Sales Administrator, providing administrative support to senior sales executives. During their time at Microage, they became certified as an AT&T sales agent and Cisco accredited sales agent, assisting in configuring network solutions for clients.

In 2002, Michelle joined McKenzie SewOn as a Marketing and Account Manager. Michelle successfully managed and grew high-profile accounts, averaging over $1.5 million in sales annually. Additionally, they were responsible for staffing the art department.

From 2012 to 2013, Michelle worked at Wings Seminars in a Sales & Marketing role. Michelle played a crucial role in assisting with the sales and marketing of Leadership and Team building seminars. Michelle'sresponsibilities included providing customer service, coordinating seminars, and facilitating a positive experience for both new and returning customers.
