Yogesh M Acharya, P.Eng, is an accomplished Project Manager with extensive experience in managing infrastructure, mining, oil and gas, energy, and utilities projects. Currently, Yogesh has been with the Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo since July 2015. Previously, Yogesh held project management roles at Suncor Energy Inc. and Giffels Design Build Ltd, overseeing large-scale projects valued up to $400M. Yogesh's career spans multiple sectors, starting as an Assistant Civil Engineer at JK Tyre & Industries Ltd. and advancing to senior management positions, including Senior Manager for Major Projects at Adani Port Ltd. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Civil Engineering from Karnatak University and various certifications in Project Management and Construction Estimating from respected institutions.
