Chanda Brooks

Chanda Brooks, PHR, CCP, GRP, WLCP, is an experienced human resources professional with a focus on compensation and strategic HR management. Currently serving as a Senior Compensation Analyst at Regional One Health since August 2016, Chanda oversees the implementation and administration of the organization's compensation program, conducting in-depth analyses to support business needs. Previous roles include Human Resources Manager at AB Mauri North America, managing HR activities in a commercial yeast manufacturing facility, and at Closure Systems International, directing HR strategies for a global leader in plastics. Chanda's career also includes significant positions with Memphis City Schools, where responsibilities involved compensation program administration, and with State Farm Insurance as a Senior HR Specialist. Chanda holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Education from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
