Lilly Cooper

Lilly Cooper has worked in various roles in the healthcare industry. lilly started their career as a Nursing Director at Virginia Mason Medical Center. In 2015, they joined Scripps Mercy San Diego and Chula Vista as a Senior Director, Patient Care Services, and also took on the role of LEAN Project Manager. In 2017, they worked as a Service Line Director Care Coordination at Roper St. Francis Healthcare. In 2019, they joined Regional One Health as a Director of Nursing Administration.

Lilly Cooper attended Seattle University from 2014 to 2015, where they pursued a Doctorate of Nursing Practice with a focus on Healthcare Systems Leadership.
