Martha Smith-Harwell

Martha Smith-Harwell has a diverse work experience spanning multiple organizations and roles. Martha is currently working at Regional One Health as the Sr. Director of Human Resources since October 2022. Prior to that, they held the role of Director of Talent Acquisition at the same company from March 2021 to November 2022. Before joining Regional One Health, Martha worked at West Tennessee Healthcare as the Director of Talent Acquisition from October 2017 to March 2021. Martha also has experience as the Director of Talent at Aspire Public Schools from August 2015 to October 2017 and as the Director of Human Resources at Jackson Madison County School System from 2011 to August 2015. Additionally, Martha held the position of Director of Business Development at Compass Intervention Ctr Llc from 2010 to 2011 and director at Madison County Juvenile Court Services from 2003 to 2009.

Martha Smith-Harwell holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Strayer University, which they obtained in 2011-2012. Martha also has an MBA from Strayer University, completed in the years 2009-2010. Additionally, they earned a Master's degree in Counseling Personnel Services from Freed-Hardeman University in 1995-1996. In terms of additional certifications, Martha obtained the Recruiter Academy Certified Recruiter certification from the Recruiter Academy in December 2019.
