Rozarra Fields is a highly experienced nursing professional with a robust background in emergency services and oncology, currently serving as a Professional Development Specialist and Manager of Morgue Services at Regional One Health since April 2020. Rozarra has a comprehensive history in clinical and administrative roles, including Director of Case Management and Clinical Director of Behavioral Health Services at Delta Regional Medical Center, as well as supervisory positions in various healthcare settings. With a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from The University of Southern Mississippi and a Master of Science in Nursing Education from Walden University, Rozarra has consistently focused on education, process improvement, and patient care efficiency throughout a diverse career spanning over two decades.
