Sheena Freeman

Sheena Freeman, MBA, CPXP, currently serves as the Director of Guest Services at Regional One Health, where responsibilities include providing administrative leadership and managing guest services to ensure high levels of customer service. Previously, Freeman held positions as Practice Manager II and Practice Manager at Regional One Health - Harbor of Health, overseeing operational functions and ensuring quality health care delivery. Earlier roles include Patient Relations/Experience Liaison at Regional One Health, where management of patient experience initiatives was key, and various positions in academia and customer service, including roles as an Adjunct Instructor and Lead Customer Service Representative. Freeman holds an MBA in Health Care Management from the University of Phoenix, a certificate in Patient Advocacy from Cleveland State University, and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from The University of Memphis.
