Regional Water Resource Agency

RWRA is the regional provider of wastewater services for the Owensboro / Daviess County, Kentucky area, providing collection and treatment. The agency also functions as an Industrial Monitoring facility in accordance with the State of Kentucky's KPDES permit system.
