Prior roles include business development management at Retravision Pty Ltd, where individual business plans were established, and leading business development and planning at Coles Liquor Group, managing property acquisitions and operational integrations. Philip has a strong background in sales management, operational integration, and training delivery within the retail sector, supported by diplomas in Marketing and Sales Management and Business Management from Deakin University.
