Carmen Ranalli

Carmen Ranalli is an established academic and administrative professional with extensive experience at the Università degli Studi di Teramo, where roles since December 2009 have included contract professor in various subjects related to constitutional law and comparative legal systems, as well as participation in examination committees and research activities. In addition to academic responsibilities, Carmen holds the position of Responsabile Ufficio di Coordinamento with the Regione Abruzzo since May 2017, and has previously served in various administrative roles, including Vicepresidente of the Consiglio di Amministrazione for Azienda Regionale Attività Produttive and as an administrative assistant in the regional council. Carmen's educational background includes a Ph.D. in International and European Comparative Institutions and Policies, along with degrees in International and European Political Sciences.
