Andrew Blumetti

Andrew Blumetti is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in commercial real estate investments. Currently serving as Senior Vice President at Regions Bank since September 2019, Andrew specializes in the origination of CRE Debt and LIHTC Equity investments across the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions. Prior to this role, Andrew was a Managing Director at BNY Mellon, focusing on the origination of Debt and Equity investments in commercial real estate. Andrew also held the position of Vice President and Client Manager at JPMorgan Chase, where responsibilities included origination and relationship management in Commercial Term Lending, as well as underwriting construction loans and LIHTC deals. Andrew's career began at Velocity Consulting as the Director of Real Estate Services, overseeing due diligence for commercial real estate lending transactions. Andrew holds an MBA in Real Estate & Finance from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School and a Bachelor of Architecture from the New Jersey Institute of Technology.
