Kathrina Saladrigas, MBA, has a diverse and extensive work experience. Kathrina served as the Director of Talent & Organizational Development at Regis HR Group, where they oversaw a team and supported multiple businesses. Their responsibilities included talent acquisition strategies, performance management, employee training and development, and providing thought leadership to C-level management. Prior to this, Kathrina was the Director of Marketing & Talent Acquisition at the same company, where they developed and implemented strategic marketing and sales plans and monitored competitor activities.

Kathrina also worked at Executive National Bank as the Vice President of Marketing & Training Director. In this role, they created and implemented a strategic marketing plan and training program to increase sales and achieve corporate objectives. Kathrina also oversaw the production of marketing collateral, recommended new products and services, and maintained a consistent corporate message.

Kathrina's earlier roles include serving as the Rewards and Recognition Manager at Levitt and Sons and as a District Manager at ADP.

Kathrina began their educational journey in 1996 at Our Lady of Lourdes Academy and completed their secondary education in 2000. From there, they proceeded to the University of Florida, where they studied Spanish and Marketing, obtaining a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Science degree in 2004. Kathrina Saladrigas further enhanced their academic qualifications by enrolling in the University of Florida - Warrington College of Business and completing their Masters in Business Administration in 2010.
