Donna Montavon

Donna Montavon has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Donna started their career as an Undergraduate Researcher in Hydrology and Water Resources at the University of Arizona. Donna also worked as an Organic and General Chemistry Laboratory Undergraduate Teaching Assistant during this time. After that, they joined Boston College Chemistry Department as an Assistant Operations Manager and Safety Officer, where they managed and implemented a university-wide chemical inventory system.

Donna then moved on to work at Schering-Plough as an Assistant Research Scientist before joining Abbott Laboratories/AbbVie as a Scientist I. In this role, they synthesized and purified Antibody Drug Conjugates (ADCs) and played a pivotal role in creating GMP direction sets for the implementation of chemical processes in the API pilot plant.

Donna later joined AbbVie in various roles, including Pharmaceutical Scientist, Pilot Plant Technical Operations, and Product Safety Team Operations Analyst Strategy Management Office Pharmacovigilance & Patient Safety. In these positions, they were responsible for supporting antibody drug conjugate programs, overseeing API productions, and tracking safety deliverables.

Donna recently joined Regis Technologies as the Associate Director of Business Operations, where they are responsible for developing and implementing strategies, analyzing and establishing organizational processes, and supporting the execution of initiatives. Their extensive experience and leadership skills make their a valuable asset to the company.

Donna Montavon earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from the University of Arizona, where they studied from 2000 to 2004. Donna then pursued further education and obtained a Master of Science degree in Organic Chemistry from Boston College, where they were enrolled from 2004 to 2007.
