Matthew Doctor

Matthew Doctor is the current President & CEO at Regis. Matthew was previously a Partner and Chief Financial Officer at Kava Restaurants LLC (a Tim Hortons Franchisee) from May 2018 to February 2021. Prior to that, they were with Restaurant Brands International from May 2014 to April 2017 as the US Development (Tim Hortons Brand) responsible for the accelerated US expansion of Tim Hortons through Area Representative and Developer Agreements. Before that, they worked as an Investment Banking Associate in the Financial Institutions Group at J.P. Morgan from September 2009 to April 2014 focused primarily on Specialty Finance companies and Alternative Asset Managers.

Matthew Doctor earned their BBA in finance from Emory University - Goizueta Business School.
