Ctr Diane Baker

Diane Baker, CTR, possesses extensive experience in cancer registration and data analysis. Currently serving as a CTR at OnPoint Healthcare Solutions since March 2021, Diane has also held the position of Certified Tumor Registrar at Registry Partners since November 2014 and previously at Cleveland Clinic Taussig Cancer from July 2003 to August 2017, where Diane contributed to the 8th Edition Cancer Staging System Data Collection Core Team. Additional roles include Clinical Data Analyst for Quality & Performance Measures at Cleveland Clinic and Joint Commission Specialist at Correctional Medical Services. Earlier experience includes work with the Cancer Data Registry of Idaho at the Idaho Hospital Association. Diane holds an Associate of Health Science degree in Health Science and Health Information Management from Boise State University, obtained between 1994 and 1997.
