Kara Turnbloom Cmp

Kara Turnbloom, CMP has accumulated over 15 years of work experience. Kara currently serves as the Director of Events at Rego Consulting since July 2019. Prior to that, Kara held various roles at McKesson from 2012 to 2019, including Event Manager, Associate Event Manager, Manager of Event Registration & Web, and Project Administrator. Kara worked as the This Way To Sustainability Conference Coordinator at the Institute for Sustainable Development from 2010 to 2012. In addition, Kara has experience as a server at Outback Steakhouse, a merchandiser at The Container Store, and a hostess/waitress at Rocco's Ristorante & Pizzeria.

Kara Turnbloom, CMP pursued their education at California State University, Chico from 2007 to 2012, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Recreation, Marketing. In 2016, Kara obtained the certification of Digital Event Strategist from PCMA. Later in 2018, they achieved the Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) certification from the Events Industry Council.
