Oksana Morsina

Oksana Morsina has extensive work experience in the executive search and recruitment industry. Oksana started their career as an Assistant at Heidrick&Struggles in 2001 and then joined RosExpert in 2002. At RosExpert, they held various roles, starting as a Senior Consultant and Head of Research before advancing to Partner in the Banking&Finance division. Oksana later became Co-Head of Banking and Financial Institutions and a Senior Client Partner. In 2013, they were promoted to Managing Partner, Head of Executive Search, and Head of Banking and Financial Institutions, a position they currently hold.

Oksana Morsina has pursued education and professional development in the field of business and leadership. In 2012, they attended the Harvard Business School Executive Education program for Leading Professional Services Firms. Additionally, they completed a program at the London Business School focused on Coaching for Performance before 2010. Most recently, they attended IMD for Leading Digital Transformation, which was completed in 2019. Oksana has also obtained certifications from the Co-Active Training Institute and the University of Pennsylvania in 2020.
