Leanne Scott has extensive experience in customer success and technology project management. Leanne is currently working as a Senior Technology Project Manager - Customer Success at RegScale, where they are responsible for integrating API-centric software with existing security and compliance platforms to streamline processes. Previously, Leanne served as a Senior Director of Customer Success at Blue Lava, Inc., where they successfully managed client relationships. Before that, they worked as a Customer Success Executive at RiskLens, where they operationalized and optimized the Customer Success program to retain and grow Fortune 1000 clients. Leanne also has experience at Nuvodia, where they served as a Director of Client Solutions, managing client relationships and technology project deployments. Throughout their career, Leanne has demonstrated a strong ability to develop client accounts and drive revenue growth.
Leanne Scott holds a Master of Business Administration degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Business Administration/MIS at Iowa State University. In addition to their degrees, Leanne has obtained certifications including Open FAIR Certification from The Open Group in November 2016 and a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
