André Harel

André Harel obtained his Diploma of Collegial Studies in Building Mechanics in 1979. That same year, he started his career at Regulvar, where he became a master electrician and site superintendent. In 1985, Mr. Harel started his own company, which he managed for 12 years. He returned to Regulvar in 1997 and took over the Service Department in the Montreal region before being appointed Vice-President of Sales. In 2004, he implemented the Lachine branch, which he continues to manage today. In 2009, he was appointed President of Elkon, a Regulvar subsidiary, and of Regulvar France, whose market he is currently developing.
