Jason Carney

VP, Human Resources at Rehab Medical

Jason Carney is the current Vice President of Human Resources at Rehab Medical. Jason has over fifteen years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on employee development and training.

Jason started their career in 2006 as an Employee Development Manager with New Era Technology. In this role, Jason was responsible for restructuring and improving employment and compliance policies, as well as launching executive coaching and strategic planning programs. Jason also prepared and processed organization-wide employee surveys to identify areas of strength and weakness within the company.

In 2007, Jason transitioned to ESCO Communications where they continued their work as an Employee Development Manager. In this role, Jason acted as a mediator for employee relations issues and pioneered a new “focal point” review program that put greater emphasis on pay-for-performance. Additionally, Jason compiled, analyzed and presented a comprehensive base salary and total compensation program.

After a successful tenure at ESCO Communications, Jason was recruited by Remco Products Corporation in 2010 to serve as their Vice President of Human Resources. In this role, Jason was responsible for leading the human resources team and overseeing all HR functions for the company.

In 2016, Jason joined Rehab Medical as their Vice President of Human Resources. In this role, Jason is responsible for leading the human resources team and overseeing all HR functions for the company.

Jason Carney has a Bachelor of Science in Business Management/Human Resource Management from Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis. Jason also has certification from Everything DiSC: A Wiley Brand in DiSC Certified, The Predictive Index in Predictive Index Certified, and International Human Resource Certification Institute (IHRCI) in Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
