Jenna James

Jenna James serves as the Operations Branch Manager at Rehab Medical since April 2024. Prior to this role, Jenna held various positions at Enterprise Rent-A-Car & National Car Rental, including Elite 300 Assistant Branch Manager and other assistant management roles from September 2021 to April 2024, where responsibilities included maintaining rental agreements and providing customer service support. Before that, Jenna was the Communication Coordinator at the Indiana State Bar Association from January 2020 to September 2021, focusing on communication strategies and content creation. Additional experience includes assistant event coordination at The Barn On Boundary, supervisory roles at Royerton Elementary School Latchkey, and senior coordination of international programs at the Rinker Center for International Admissions. Jenna's career began as Staffing Supervisor at American Eagle Outfitters, and Jenna holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from Ball State University.
