Sam Warady

Sam Warady, OTD, OTR/L is a skilled occupational therapist and medical sales representative currently serving at Rehab Medical since December 2023. In this role, Sam Warady travels throughout the designated territory to engage with both current and prospective customers, providing in-service presentations to educate medical professionals and patients. Since August 2021, Sam Warady has also worked as a PRN occupational therapist at Advocate Health and previously held the position of occupational therapist at NeuroBalance Center from January 2022 to December 2023, where Sam Warady led the Adaptive Golf Program. Sam Warady earned a Doctor of Occupational Therapy degree from Midwestern University (2019-2022) after completing an undergraduate education at Concordia University-Wisconsin (2015-2019).
