Lance Pesdan

Lance Pesdan has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Starting in 2005 at Fiserv, they worked as a Senior Technical Design & Installation Specialist, managing SQL databases and overseeing product releases. Lance then transitioned to a Level 2 Support Consultant, implementing risk and compliance software and providing technical support to various business units. In 2010, Pesdan became an Implementation Consultant, configuring Fiserv's AML and Fraud products for clients worldwide. Lance eventually became a Professional Services Technical Lead before leaving the company in 2015. In the same year, Pesdan joined Rehrig Pacific Company as the Technology Services Manager - Operations. Lance then progressed to become the National Support Manager and is currently serving as the Director of Delivery Service Support since February 2023.

Lance Pesdan earned their BBA degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, where they studied from 2000 to 2005. Following this, they pursued their MBA in Management and International Business from the Lubar College of Business, where they studied from 2007 to 2010. In addition to their academic qualifications, Lance Pesdan also obtained certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster from the Scrum Alliance in October 2017 and Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist from the Association of Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist in January 2013.
