Zul Budhwani

Zul Budhwani is an experienced real estate and finance professional with a diverse background in acquisition, management, and retail operations. As a Senior Acquisition Specialist at REI Nation since December 2016, Zul performs financial analyses of single-family home valuations and collaborates with builders on build-to-rent communities. In the role of Vice President of Finance at Budhwani Holdings since July 2012, Zul has successfully managed all aspects of a high-volume retail operation, consistently achieving year-over-year sales growth. Prior experience includes roles as a Licensed Realtor at Investable Realty, Senior Vice President of Brokerage Operations at 2020 REI Companies, and leadership positions in banking with Citi Bank and Wells Fargo Bank.
