Melanie Anthony

Melanie Anthony has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Melanie is currently the Senior Director of Development at REI Oklahoma, a position they have held since January 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Vice President of Community Impact at United Way of Central Oklahoma from December 2019 to January 2022. From June 2016 to November 2019, Melanie served as the Vice President of Development and Community Engagement at Pivot - A Turning Point for Youth. Melanie also has extensive experience at the Regional Food Bank of Oklahoma, where they held various roles including Manager of Corporate Engagement from 2006 to 2016, Grants Manager from 2006 to 2010, and Marketing Director from 1997 to 2000. Early in their career, Melanie worked as an Assistant Event Coordinator at Lazy E Arena from August 1994 to December 1996.

Melanie Anthony completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree from Oklahoma State University between 1987 and 1991. In addition, they obtained the certification in Mental Health First Aid USA from the National Council for Mental Wellbeing in December 2021.
