Justin Wilcoxen Cissp

Justin Wilcoxen, CISSP, CSM, currently serves as a Solutions Architect at REI Systems, where contributions include technical expertise for new business initiatives and leadership of a corporate DevSecOps competency group. Previous roles include Senior Application Architect at AbleVets LLC, supporting the CCAD program for Veteran Affairs, and Technical Director at ICF, with responsibilities for the USCIS SID team under DHS. Earlier experience includes Deputy Project Manager and Technical Lead at Northrop Grumman Corporation, focusing on the OBMS project for Defense Security Services, as well as lead roles in various software development projects for the Department of Defense. Justin holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Alma College and a Master of Science in Applied Information Technology from George Mason University.
