Alexa R. Meins is a versatile professional with extensive experience in customer analysis and program development, currently serving as a Voice of Customer Analyst at REI since November 2016. Prior roles at REI include Voice of Customer Program Specialist, Retail Program Specialist, and Sales Lead. Prior to REI, Alexa worked as a Research Assistant at both the University of Utah and the University of Washington. Alexa also accumulated experience as a Resident Assistant at The University of Iowa and as a Charter Sales and Dockside Administrator at Emerald City Charters, Inc. Academically, Alexa earned a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Nursing Science from the University of Washington and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Anthropology with an emphasis on Medical Anthropology from the University of Iowa, complemented by foundational education at Holy Names Academy.
