Amy Ruppert

Amy Ruppert is an experienced talent management professional with a robust background in designing and implementing learning solutions across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Talent Management at REI, Amy previously founded Hi, Ampersand to create bespoke learning experiences. Amy’s prior roles include Director of Retail Talent Development at Levi Strauss & Co., where responsibilities encompassed talent development and communications for North America. While at Target, Amy held multiple positions leading enterprise talent development, culture change initiatives, and inclusive training programs. Other significant experiences include roles at Old Navy, Starbucks, and Central Washington University. Amy holds a Master of Arts in English Literature from Central Washington University and a Bachelor of Science in Journalism from the University of Oregon.
