Jacinta Higgins

Jacinta Higgins is a Senior Program Manager at REI, where they focus on community, equity, and impact within the organization. Previously, Jacinta held various roles at REI, including Master Technician and District Shop Coordinator for the Pacific Northwest, contributing to the success of REI's technical service shops and enhancing customer experience. They began their career in the bicycle industry, working as a Mechanic and Sales Associate at both Cyclepath and Bicycle Discovery. Jacinta is currently pursuing an Associate's degree in Social and Behavioral Studies at Berkeley City College, along with studies in Social Psychology and Business Administration at Portland State University, and is a Certified Equity Informed Mediator through Resolution Northwest.
