Jeffrey Inscho

Jeffrey Inscho is a seasoned product management professional with extensive experience in technology and digital services across various industries. Currently serving as Manager of Product Management for Front of House Technology at REI, Jeffrey leads the strategic roadmap for a portfolio that encompasses POS systems, shop services, and sales operations. Prior to REI, Jeffrey held multiple roles at Giant Eagle, Inc., where responsibilities included managing the product roadmap for Ascent, an iOS app enhancing employee efficiency and customer service. Earlier career experiences include directing the Innovation Studio at Carnegie Museums of Pittsburgh, where Jeffrey facilitated cross-departmental collaboration, and holding marketing and public relations roles at Carnegie Mellon University and Mattress Factory, respectively. Jeffrey holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication and Media Studies from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
