Lauren Okada

Lauren Okada is an experienced program manager currently working at REI since December 2021, focusing on sales, inventory, and operations planning. Prior to this role, Lauren served as a sales operations planning manager at Philips from November 2016 to December 2021. Lauren's career also includes significant roles at adidas Sourcing Ltd., where responsibilities ranged from managing footwear product costing across Vietnam, Cambodia, and Myanmar to overseeing operational and tactical planning for adidas and Reebok accessories and gear.
