Scott Jones

Vice President, Customer Insights & Analytics

Scott Jones is a Vice President at REI, currently leading customer insights and analytics efforts since 2022 after serving as Divisional Vice President from 2016 to 2022. They have a rich history in technology and management, with previous roles at Nordstrom where they were instrumental in personalizing customer experiences and implementing advanced analytics platforms. Prior to Nordstrom, Scott worked as an IT Systems Administrator at Graham & Dunn and taught English as a Second Language at Phil Young's English School. Scott holds a BA in History from Dartmouth College, obtained in 1995.
