Jean-Philippe Haye

Jean-Philippe Haye has extensive experience in the steel industry, working in various roles and companies over the years. Jean-Philippe is currently serving as the Sales Director for Reibus, where they are responsible for hiring local teams and onboarding customers in a new disruptive business model. Prior to this, they worked at Liberty Steel Group as the Director of BU Steel Service Centres, overseeing the implementation of their services in Western Europe and serving as the operational manager for the French unit. Before that, they held the positions of Chief Marketing Officer and Business Development Manager at ArcelorMittal France, focusing on tubular products for the European automotive industry. Jean-Philippe also worked as the Chief Marketing Officer for ArcelorMittal, managing their carbon steel sales and overseeing the operation of multiple facilities. Jean-Philippe Haye's earlier experience includes serving as the Managing Director of ArcelorMittal Downstream subsidiary and as a Branch Manager at Arcelor.

Jean-Philippe Haye completed the General Management Program at ESSEC Business School in 2016. Jean-Philippe also received a Certificat de leadership from the Académie militaire de Saint-Cyr Coëtquidan in 2015. In addition, they obtained their Bachelor's degree from NEOMA Business School in 1992.
