Jim Bono

Jim Bono is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the composites and manufacturing industries. Since August 2011, Jim has served as Technical Group Leader at Polynt Composites. Prior roles include Technical Manager and Technical Service Representative at Reichhold, and Quality/Process Engineering Manager at Continental Structural Plastics. Jim's career began at ThyssenKrupp, where roles included Process Engineering Manager and Research Manager for Formulations. Jim holds a Master of Science in Macromolecular Chemistry from the University of Detroit Mercy and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Oakland University, complemented by a QS9000 ISO9001 Lead Auditor certification from Excel Training.
