Mauricio Santos

Mauricio Santos has extensive experience in plant management and operations within the chemical manufacturing industry. Currently, as Plant Manager at Reichhold since May 2012, Mauricio oversees two sites in Brazil, managing a workforce of 325 and handling responsibilities across engineering, maintenance, EHS, production, raw materials, supply chain, quality, and production planning. Previously, as General Manager at Cytec Brazil from May 2008 to May 2012, Mauricio was responsible for manufacturing liquid and powder coating resins, as well as serving as the country manager. Additionally, Mauricio held the position of Plant Manager at Cytec Industries, Inc. / UCB Chemicals Inc. from 2004 to 2008. Mauricio holds an MBA in Business from Ibmec and a degree in Chemistry from Universidade de Mogi das Cruzes.
