Jolene Robin-McCaskill

Jolene Robin-McCaskill is a patent attorney currently practicing at Reichman Jorgensen Lehman & Feldberg LLP, with prior experience as a Patent Trials and Counseling Attorney at Haynes and Boone, LLP. Before transitioning to legal practice, Jolene gained significant expertise in petrophysics as a Senior Petrophysicist at ConocoPhillips and contributed to innovative research during a decade-long engagement at Stanford University as a Graduate Research Assistant. Additional roles include research internships with the Department of Defense and Shell International Exploration, as well as an engineering internship at Entergy Louisiana and an IT Computer Programmer/Analyst position with the Louisiana Department of Public Safety. Jolene holds a Doctor of Law from South Texas College of Law Houston, a PhD in Geophysics and Seismology from Stanford University, a Master’s in Applied Physics, and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of New Orleans.
