Muhammad served as the Chief Digital & Information Officer at the International Medical Center, where they led digital transformation initiatives and built infrastructure and cybersecurity capabilities. Muhammad was also a Senior Director at Cleveland Clinic, overseeing IT operations, service management, and solution delivery.

Earlier in their career, Muhammad held management roles at Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi, Cleveland Clinic, Sysmex America, Inc., and LabCorp, focusing on business applications, enterprise imaging, and technology delivery in the healthcare sector.

Throughout their career, Muhammad has demonstrated strong leadership skills, driving strategic initiatives, optimizing IT operations, and ensuring the timely delivery of services and solutions. Muhammad has also played an active role in professional communities, serving on advisory boards and contributing to industry discussions.

Muhammad S. received their Bachelor's Degree in Business Operations from the University of Sindh in 1991. Muhammad then pursued an MBA in Business Administration at the University Of Phoenix from 2007 to 2008. In 2015, they completed a course in Organizational Leadership: Breaking Silos at the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business. Additionally, they undertook training in Design Thinking for Innovation at the University of Virginia in 2018 and Design Thinking at Stanford University from 2017 to 2018.
