Kathryn McCarthy

Kathryn McCarthy is the Chief Financial Officer at Reify Health. Kathryn has over 25 years of experience in leadership roles in finance, operations, and strategy.

Kathryn was previously the Chief Executive Officer at ThinkGeek, a division of GameStop. During their time there, they were responsible for the division's P&L management, marketing and sales, operations, finance, governance and human resources. Kathryn successfully led the business and financial integration with GameStop following their merger in 2015.

Prior to that, they were the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Geeknet and ThinkGeek. During their time there, they grew the company from $10 million to over $100 million in revenue.

Kathryn has also served as a consultant for Ten12 Consulting, where they worked with clients on strategy, operations, and finance.

Kathryn has a bachelor's degree in economics from Harvard University.

Kathryn McCarthy has a BBA from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst. Kathryn majored in business and their focus was on marketing.

Kathryn McCarthy reports to Ralph Passarella, CEO & Co-Founder. They are on a team with Alex Eastman - VP, Products, Jai Singh - SVP, Growth, and Jennifer Cullingford - VP, Customer Success.
