Justine Chatfield has a diverse work experience spanning over 25 years. Justine began their career in 1995 as a Single Regeneration Budget Administrative Officer at Mansfield District Council. Justine then moved on to Leeds City Council in 1997, where they served as the Single Regeneration Budget Programme Manager. In 1999, they joined The Hyde Group as a Senior Development Officer. In 2002, Justine started working at City of London as a Community Strategy Development Officer. Their most recent roles include working at Reigate & Banstead Borough Council, where they served as the Regeneration Project Manager from 2006 to 2017, the Community Development Manager from 2017 to 2018, and currently holds the position of Head of Community Partnerships. Justine's work experience showcases their expertise in community development, stakeholder and volunteer engagement, project development, and fundraising.
