Mhrod Erika Cruz

Erika Cruz, MHROD, SPHR, has a strong background in human resources and operations. Erika has held various roles throughout their career, starting with their position as Director of HR at The Irvine Company in 2007. Erika then moved on to become the National HR Director at Advantage Solutions, where they provided strategic and tactical support for multiple divisions and oversaw a significant growth in associates. After that, they served as the Director of Human Resources at St. Joseph Health System, where they managed the HR support for a rapidly expanding organization. Erika continued to progress in their career, taking on the role of Director, HR Business Partner at Thales, where they provided strategic HR support for various client groups and led org design change efforts. Erika then went on to work at Kia Motors America as the National Manager of HR Operations, where they led a team to provide HR services for a national organization. Most recently, they have been working at Reimagine as the Chief Human Resources and Operations Officer. Overall, Erika Cruz has a wealth of experience in HR and operations, with a focus on strategic planning, team management, and organizational development.

Erika Cruz, MHROD, SPHR, attended the University of San Francisco, where they obtained a degree in MHROD (Master of Human Resources and Organizational Development). Erika also completed their undergraduate education at West Liberty University, earning a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Communications. In addition to their academic achievements, Erika has obtained several certifications, including the SHRM-SCP (Society for Human Resource Management - Senior Certified Professional) from SHRM in March 2015, and the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR®) Certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in December 2001.
