Vincent Thomas

Vincent Thomas, MSM, CAPP, currently serves as Regional Director at REEF Technology since February 2020. Previously, Vincent held the position of Deputy Executive Director at the Philadelphia Parking Authority from 2018 to 2019, fostering relationships with various city agencies and representing the organization at high-level meetings. Prior experience includes the role of Chief Operating Officer at the Parking Authority of Baltimore City from 2011 to 2018, where Vincent contributed to the development of operational plans and budget oversight. Earlier in career, Vincent was Senior Operations Manager for Standard Parking Corporation, managing multiple parking facilities and implementing strategies that significantly reduced costs and improved revenue. Vincent also served as Area Manager for Central Parking Corporation, overseeing downtown parking facilities. Educational accomplishments include a Master of Science in Project Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts from Howard University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Morgan State University.
