Rachael Troughton

Rachael Troughton is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership, coaching, and writing, currently serving as Chief of Staff at Reincubate // Camo since September 2024. Rachael has been a Business Coach and Freelance Writer at LatenTalent since October 2019, and previously held multiple leadership roles at Codeless, including President and Director of Organizational Capability, until September 2024. Rachael also worked as a Freelance Writer for Premium Content Shop and has held significant positions at The Open University, contributing as Deputy Director, ensuring change and improvement. Additional experience includes mindfulness coaching at Enrich Mindfulness Consulting, training consultation with the Royal Air Force, and involvement in various educational and athletic roles. Rachael holds an MBA from The Open University Business School, an MSc in Sport and Exercise Science from Leeds Metropolitan University, and a BSc in Natural Sciences from Durham University.
