Dale Haynes has over 20 years of experience in various roles in purchasing, inventory management, and operations. Dale started their career as a Business Consultant at Infor Software Company, where they worked closely with customers to analyze business problems and identify improvement opportunities. Dale then moved on to Rosen Plumbing Supply as a Senior Business Manager, where they improved operational practices, managed inventory and purchasing, and implemented initiatives to improve profitability. After that, they joined Spencer Fluid Power as a Corporate Operations Manager, where they managed the corporate purchasing group, implemented operational practices, and promoted the usage of ERP systems. Currently, Dale is serving as the Vice President of Purchasing & Inventory at Reinders Inc.
