Scott san Martin

Scott San Martin has extensive experience in creative operations and design production. Scott started their career at PMK Associates as the Manager of Graphic Design, where they led creative strategy and project management for various campaigns. Scott introduced new processes and automations that improved agility and reduced production times.

Later, Scott joined Reingold, Inc. as the Graphic Designer and Production Manager. Here, they played a crucial role in establishing the company's presence in the military and healthcare fields, resulting in significant growth. Scott also implemented innovative project management systems and processes that enhanced quality control and output.

Scott steadily progressed within Reingold, taking on roles such as Director of Design Production and Senior Director of Design Production. Scott specialized in supporting military healthcare engagements, enabling double the engagement and improved service quality. Scott also led the video department, implementing project management processes that increased organization and efficiency.

Currently, Scott serves as the VP of Creative Operations for Design and Video at Reingold. Scott oversees creative processes, culture, and excellence, ensuring client satisfaction and driving ROI performance. Scott is also responsible for resource management, career development, and company-wide leadership.

Scott San Martin has a Bachelor of Science - BS degree in Food Science and Technology from Virginia Tech.
